Do you work with other partners in my market?

Possibly, yes. We don't sell territory exclusivity and we aren't going to pretend otherwise. What we sell is that each borrower goes to you and no other broker. If two partners in your market both work with us, you still never compete over the same borrower.

How fresh are they?

Every lead is the borrower's own enquiry, sent to you live. Nothing aged, nothing recycled, no UCC data, no bought lists.

Who makes the call?

You do. We send you the lead live, with their number and every answer. We don't book a time and we don't transfer calls live.

Do you check bank statements?

No. We ask every question in your box, verify their phone by one-time code, and send you their answers. Your first call is the check. What they tell us is what we pass on, so a different answer on the phone isn't a replacement.

What if they don't respond, or the lead is no good?

If a borrower doesn't respond, we replace the lead, free. Make a real try: first contact within 30 minutes and 15 touches in 72 hours, and send us the record. A dead number, the wrong person, a bounced email, a duplicate, or someone who never enquired is replaced too. Tell us within 7 days. A borrower who picks up and says no isn't replaced.

Do I have to commit to a monthly number?

How do leads reach me?

By email with a text alert the moment the borrower finishes the form, with their number and every answer they gave us. If you want them in your CRM, tell us on the call.

How quickly do they arrive?

What if my niche isn't live yet?
