Terms for the Rae Reach delivery alert text message programme. Last updated 23 September 2026.
Rae Reach delivery alerts is a text message service for brokers who have placed an order with us. It tells you when a call has been delivered to your account.
We do not send offers, promotions, or prompts to buy more calls by text. We never send another account's information, and we never send a merchant's contact details by text.
You opt in by giving us your mobile number in the chat on our partner onboarding page. We collect that consent ourselves. It is never bought, sold, or transferred from any other business, and no one else can use it to message you.
Up to 6 messages a week, depending on your order volume. Message and data rates may apply — your mobile carrier charges for messages according to your own plan. Rae Reach does not charge you for the alerts.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will get one confirmation that you have been removed, and no further texts. Delivery of your calls continues by API and email exactly as before.

You do not have to accept text alerts to buy leads from us, and declining changes nothing about your order, your price, or your delivery. Leads are always delivered by API with email as standard, whether or not you take the texts.
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
If the programme changes, we update this page and tell opted-in partners before the change takes effect.
