Rae Reach

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 23 September 2026

This page explains what data we collect on raereach.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the rights you have over it. No jargon, no fine print.

Who we are

Rae Reach delivers qualified inbound phone calls from US business owners seeking commercial finance to the brokers who have bought them. Brokers pay per delivered call. We are not a lender, we are not a broker, and we do not arrange finance ourselves. We are the data controller for the personal data described on this page. You can reach us at sharndre@raereach.com.

What this policy covers

This policy covers raereach.com — our partner site, used by finance brokers who work with us or are considering it.

If you are a business owner who enquired about funding, your data was collected on correctadvisor.com and is covered by the privacy policy on that site, not this one.

What we collect

When you enquire about becoming a partner, we collect your name, work email and firm website.

If you go on to sign with us, we also collect:

We also collect standard website analytics, described under Cookies and tracking below.

Why we collect it

Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, and legitimate interests in running and improving the business. Text alerts run on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Text messages and your mobile number

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. If you give us a mobile number for text alerts, it is used for that and nothing else.

Partner brokers who have signed with us can opt in to text alerts about their own order. We send delivery notices, how many calls remain, and delivery problems. We do not send offers, promotions or prompts to buy more calls by text. Up to 6 messages a week depending on order volume, message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help.

Opting in is never a condition of purchase. If you stay on email only, nothing about your order changes. Text alert consent is collected on our partner onboarding page and is never bought, sold or transferred from anyone else. Full terms are on our SMS Terms page.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with other brokers or with anyone for their own marketing. We use a small number of tools to run the business, and your data passes through them:

We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

Where we store it

Our database and analytics are EU-hosted. Some of the tools above are US companies and process data in the US under the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or under standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Partner and order records are kept for as long as you are a customer and for six years after, to meet UK accounting and tax requirements. Text alert consent records are kept for five years from your last message, because US telecoms rules require us to be able to evidence consent for that long. Enquiries that never became partners are deleted after two years.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask us to send it elsewhere. Email sharndre@raereach.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and tracking

We use the Meta Pixel for ad measurement. The Pixel sets two cookies in your browser: _fbp (browser ID) and _fbc (last click ID). We also send a copy of important events (page view, form submit) to Meta server-side. Both are used to measure which Meta ads work and which do not. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or via Meta's own ad preferences at facebook.com/adpreferences.

We also use PostHog to understand how people use our pages and forms: which pages they visit, what they click, how far they scroll and where they stop. PostHog can record a visit so we can see where a page or form is hard to use. Recordings never capture what you type into a form field. PostHog sets a first-party cookie so it can tell one visit from the next, and we use it only to improve the website.

Changes to this policy

If we change anything material, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will email you first.
